Anthony holds a bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness, a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer on the John Maxwell Team. He has led teams in Iraq as an officer in the U.S. Army during two deployments as well as stateside. Post-Army, Anthony has led process improvement in manufacturing, software development, operations, human resources, quality management, accounting and leadership development. Today, Anthony is living his purpose to serve through education, enlightenment, and epiphany as the founder of The Efficacious Company.
